My original intention for this blog was to share my sewing experience with you, hence the title "SEW IT MY WAY" then there was a point of no return when I combined sewing, painting, quilting creating asbtract art with fabric by way of the beautiful colors of batik's,and machine embroidery!I fell in love with watercolor and later oils! My life now is filled with a passion to sew, paint, garden, cook and other creative ways to share with you all that comes my way!
Thanks, Lisa! I think my instructor is giving me projects to make sure I know how to draw and layout a composition before I can start to paint the things I want to paint! It's raining here and tonight I have to take in two canvas's. Oh boy....
I LOVE this one! Lighthouses are a favorite of mine, and I love the shadow of the grasses on the sand.
